Curo Construction is set to embark on an ambitious refurbishment project at 14 St John’s Lane. This project involves the extensive renovation of a six-storey office building, incorporating a single-storey vertical extension for a fifth floor.

Our scope includes establishing new ground floor entrances, upgrading existing windows and curtain walling, and executing a comprehensive internal remodelling to introduce modern CAT A office spaces.

Key features of the project encompass the installation of advanced mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, seamlessly integrated with existing mains supplies. Two new passenger lifts will be added to enhance accessibility and convenience. The project extends to the external perimeter, encompassing paving and landscaping to complement the building’s new aesthetic.

We plan to demolish the current roof and plant areas, replace existing curtain walling/ windows, and create a new layout for the fourth floor, crowned with an additional fifth floor and roof area.

Recognising the importance of minimal impact in the local area, we have devised logistics proposals to achieve this. Communication with neighbours and local authorities will be a priority, with regular updates provided throughout the project duration.
