Overview.

A workshop occupies the ground floor, while the upper two floors offer a versatile office and production areas, each spanning an impressive 17,080 sq ft. Both office floors feature open-plan areas as well as smaller private executive offices and meeting rooms, all newly built to a high specification. These spaces comply with sustainability and access requirements adopted across the studio site.

Financially, we stayed within the budget, demonstrating our cost-effective approach. Additionally, we prioritised sustainability by using AGGREKO generators for power, resulting in substantial carbon savings and a reduction in vehicle movements.

The Paradox building stands as a testament to our dedication to community engagement, education, and health and safety.

Despite various challenges and risks, we navigated them successfully, and our commitment to health and safety resulted in a construction period with no accidents. Additionally, our collaboration with the Prince’s Trust, offering young trustees a firsthand look at the project, exemplified our dedication to fostering positive social connections.

Paradox is more than a building; it is a symbol of our unwavering commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community engagement.
