Overview.

This South London based project involves multiple buildings and showcases our Heritage team’s commitment to excellence, not only in traditional restoration projects but also in addressing technical project needs for any client. In Building A, the team seamlessly integrates minor adaptations to the Landlord’s MEP installations. Their expertise extends to adding ductwork for ventilation and space heating while enhancing security through the installation of additional CCTV, fire alarm, security alarm, access control, and power modifications in specific areas.

Building B presents its own set of challenges, which our team adeptly manages. They execute MEP modifications to the Landlord’s installations and efficiently handle MEP installations both below and above the newly installed mezzanine. This includes the installation of 2x new AHU units and 1x new boiler. A notable achievement is the installation of a new goods lift adjacent to Building C, complete with an associated ramp. Additionally, we install a new roller shutter and pallet gate, effectively separating Building A and B, making the space more usable for the client.

In Building C, the team’s expertise is showcased through the installation of partitions and doors to create new rooms and spaces for staff. They extend and modify MEP systems to suit a more functional layout and introduce a new kitchen and internal signage. Exterior improvements encompass a new access ramp to the front door, external services, signage, and parking demarcation painting in the front yard. Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability, we also install PV panels on the roof for additional sustainability.
