Overview.

Our team tackles this fast-paced refurbishment by stripping the structure to its frame for a comprehensive internal makeover, embracing modern office demands and architectural
trends.

We will transform the old façade, introducing a biodiverse living wall while supporting CAPCO’s “Net Zero Carbon” 2030 goal. The rooftop transforms into a biodiversity hub, enhancing aesthetics for neighbours, and our on-site design team leads terrace upgrades with avant-garde meeting facilities.

In a tight London location, we’re ensuring TK Maxx’s undisturbed operation, creating additional storage space for construction. Our unique approach includes phased installation of a state-of-the-art roofing system, live plants, and a luxurious garden room. Our M&E specialists are upgrading plant equipment, reducing operational carbon emissions significantly and also enhancing the entrance and arrival experience.
