A new build residential development near to the centre of Ealing, London, the scheme is in a tight location which has given our Client 8 high end units with private external garden areas and external terraces.

The build provided some challenges logistically during the construction of the traditional structure as it would soon be enclosed by 3 party walls. The flat roof was finished with a sedum covering to reduce the environmental impact of the development. The facade finishes included a combination of brick and render with timber cladding panels and large glazing panels.

These were combined with a hidden steel structure at the entrance of the building to provide an protruding soffit over the front doors. The project was completed over an 11 month programme using a combination of traditional trades and modern materials to provide our client with a high quality building in terms of its energy efficiency, specification and durability.
