On behalf of Dundonald Church and Adoni Developments, Curo Construction are completing the demolition and construction of Dundonald Church in Raynes Park SW20 within the London Borough of Merton.

The new five storey building will provide the church with a large double height church congregation area, youth halls and office accommodation spread over 3 floors.

The residential apartments are located across the upper 3 floors and consist of a mix of one and two bed units fitted out to a mid-range finish.

This stunning new BREEAM Very Good development is a hybrid steel and precast concrete structural frame clad predominantly in brickwork with a large surface area of glazing including feature stain-glass to the front entrance and north lights to the church hall roof maximising a natural light source into the building. The church have salvaged a number of materials to be used in the new build including stain-glass porthole windows, steel for a new cross above the entrance area and kitchen equipment.
