115 Elgin Crescent is situation in the Ladbroke conservation area of Notting Hill and was completed in early 2018.

The restoration and high end fit out of this period property with many of the original features was governed by the strict guidelines of the Ladbroke association who issued their recommendations and advised the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea as part of the planning process.

Attention was paid to all existing features (such as railings, windows and masonry features) to ensure that the proposed design was in keeping with that of the area. The scheme included retaining and upgrading the original features of the exterior facades (including windows and decoration) whilst delivering a full turnkey High End Fit Out to the six story property.
